Understanding New Mexico’s Large Entity Reporting Requirement
If your company or agency operates medium- or heavy-duty vehicles (MHDVs) in New Mexico, you may be required to submit a one-time fleet report under the Large Entity Reporting Requirement.
Reports were due May 1, 2025, but NMED will exercise discretion provided that required entities submit the required report to the NMED Climate Change Bureau by July 31, 2025.
